§1. General provisions

  1. These Terms set out the rules for using the SpinMyTeam app.
  2. The owner and operator of the app is SpinMyTeam.
  3. Using the app constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
  4. The SpinMyTeam app is used to manage sports groups, organise matches and automatically build balanced line-ups.

§2. Definitions

  • App - the SpinMyTeam web service available at spin-my-team.com
  • User - a person using the App
  • Account - the User's individual account in the App
  • Group - a set of Users organised within the App
  • Group administrator - the User managing a given Group
  • Match - a sports event created within a Group

§3. Registration and account

  1. Registration in the App is free.
  2. An active e-mail address is required for registration.
  3. The User undertakes to provide accurate information.
  4. Each User may have only one Account.
  5. The User is responsible for keeping their Account credentials confidential.
  6. Sign-in is performed via a magic link sent to the e-mail address.

§4. Rules of use

  1. The User undertakes to use the App in accordance with its intended purpose.
  2. It is forbidden to use the App for unlawful purposes.
  3. Posting offensive, vulgar or third-party rights infringing content is forbidden.
  4. Any actions that may disrupt the operation of the App are forbidden.
  5. The User is responsible for any content they post in the App.

§5. Groups and matches

  1. Any User can create a Group and become its Administrator.
  2. The group administrator is responsible for managing members and matches.
  3. Joining a Group requires an invitation from the Administrator.
  4. Match sign-ups follow the rules set by the Administrator.
  5. The system automatically manages the waitlist and notifications.
  6. The line-up generation algorithm takes player ratings into account to create balanced teams.

§6. Plans and payments

  1. The App offers a free plan (Starter) and paid plans (Pro, Team).
  2. Plan details and pricing are available on the pricing page.
  3. Payments for paid plans are handled by an external payment processor.
  4. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled.
  5. A refund is possible within 14 days of purchase.

§7. Liability

  1. SpinMyTeam makes every effort to ensure the App works correctly.
  2. SpinMyTeam is not liable for App outages caused by force majeure.
  3. SpinMyTeam is not liable for content posted by Users.
  4. SpinMyTeam is not liable for organising sports events outside of the App.

§8. Account deletion

  1. The User may delete their Account at any time.
  2. Deleting an Account removes all of the User's data.
  3. SpinMyTeam may delete the Account of a User who breaches the Terms.
  4. Before deleting an Account due to a Terms breach, the User will be notified.

§9. Intellectual property

  1. All rights to the App belong to SpinMyTeam.
  2. The User does not acquire any intellectual property rights to the App.
  3. Copying, modifying or distributing the App is forbidden.

§10. Changes to the Terms

  1. SpinMyTeam reserves the right to amend the Terms.
  2. Users will be notified of changes by e-mail.
  3. Changes take effect 14 days after the notification.
  4. Continued use of the App after a Terms change constitutes acceptance.

§11. Final provisions

  1. Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by Polish law.
  2. All disputes will be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over SpinMyTeam's registered office.
